Person, or legal entities, whose business includes the management of residential rental property for the account of others for a fee. Regular members who are individuals and designated members holding membership on behalf of a legal entity must
hold a current, valid California Real Estate license and must manage or participate in the management of 50 or more residential housing units. At least 25% or no less than 13 residential units (whichever is less) within the management portfolio
must be managed for the benefit of others. If a legal entity, the president, General Partner or Managing Partner of the legal entity may be designated the member for all purposes herein, so long as the individual otherwise qualifies for membership.
Regular Members may join in one of two ways -
- Organization Joins at the membership fee at $495 and employees pay separately for their own memberships at $100 each.
- Organization pays both the Organization membership fee and and pays for all additional employees at once.

Associate Members shall consist of persons or legal entities, who do not qualify as Regular Members because they do not manage a sufficient number of units, they do not manage units for the benefit of others or they do not manage units for a
fee.
Associate Members may join in one of two ways -
- Organization Joins at the membership fee at $495 and employees pay separately for their own memberships at $100 each.
- Organization pays both the Organization membership fee and and pays for all additional employees at once.

Affiliate Members shall consist of persons, or legal entities, whose membership, as determined by the Board of Directors, shall be beneficial and helpful to the ends and purposes of the Association who do not qualify as regular members. (vendors,
service providers, lawyers, accountants, etc.).
Prospective Affiliate members must complete an online application which will be presented to the PPMA Board of Directors at the next scheduled board meeting.
